Questions, answered plainly
Before you start
Does CartPool sell the products?
No. Products come from their original retailers. CartPool organizes the cart and assists with placing the retailer purchases after you check out.
Will everything arrive together?
Not necessarily. Items purchased from different retailers can have different order numbers, shipping timelines, and packages.
How do returns work?
Return eligibility follows the original retailer's policy. CartPool tracks requests and refunds at the item level so multi-store orders stay understandable.
How is payment handled?
Payment is processed through Stripe. CartPool does not ask you to send card details through chat, email, or the browser extension.
Which stores work with CartPool?
You can save public product pages from many online stores. Some sites may require a manual review when product details or checkout steps cannot be confirmed safely.
